A small, slow place for daily affirmations. Here’s a hand with the common things.
Do I need to sign in?
No. Sprout has no accounts and no sign-up. It works straight away, entirely on your device.
Where is my progress stored?
Everything — your streak, your garden, and your saved moments — is stored only on your phone. It stays through app updates. Because it's stored on your device, deleting the app removes all of its data.
How does my plant grow?
Water your sprout once a day. It grows a little taller with every watering and blooms after eight days of care. When it has fully bloomed, you can plant a new seed — the bloom rests in your garden, and each new plant flowers a different variety.
How do I turn reminders off or change the time?
Open Settings and use the daily reminder toggle and the morning / midday / evening options.
How do I remove a saved moment?
Saved moments are kept as a little collection in your garden. You can un-save the current day's affirmation with the heart on the home screen.
